MEDICAL

Health Care Benefits

Includes individual and family coverage.  BR2C provides health insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  Pre-existing conditions are not covered for the first 12 months of coverage.  Proof of prior creditable insurance coverage can be credited toward this 12-month waiting period.  The benefits include a deductible of  $100 per admission for participating hospitals.  All admissions are subject to pre-admission certification.  Preferred outpatient hospital and outpatient surgical procedures are covered at 100% after $150 hospital copay.  Preferred medical doctors are covered at 100% after a $25 physician copay.  Home health care and hospice covered at 100% with no copay or deductible (some restrictions apply).  Prescription drug benefits with a $10 copay for generic drugs, $20 copay for preferred brand, and $35 copay for non-preferred brand. Most preventive care benefits are 100% covered and either no copy or $25 physician copay.

Dental Care Benefits

The calendar-year deductible is $25 per member and maximum $1500. All basic diagnostic and preventive services are payable at 100% by preferred dentist. Non-preferred payable at 50% subject to a deductible. The calendar-year deductible is $25 per member and maximum $1500

Short Term disability

60% of your weekly earnings

Long Term Disability

60% of your monthly earnings

Group Life and AD/D Insurance

Life benefits are $25,000 and AD/D benefits are $25,000 paid by the company

Supplemental

Employees may elect to enroll in extra benefits of Accident, Cancer, HIC, PRP, and VIP

Vision Insurance

When using a VSP, exam covered in full with a $10 copay, frame of your choice covered up to $120 with a $25 copay. Plus, 20% off any out-of-pocket. If you choose contacts, your 4120 allowance applies to the cost of your contacts and the exam (fitting and evaluation). This exam is in addition to your vision exam. Laser correction discounts.

TIME OFF

Holidays

10 days per year

 

 

Vacation

10 days first year; and additional day each year, to a maximum of 15 days. Vacation time is accrued hourly and posted at each pay period.

 

 

Sick Leave

10 days per year (exempt) 5 days per year (SCA).  Sick time is accrued hourly and posted each pay period.

Other leave of absences

Jury duty: Paid, less taxable pay received.  Military Leave: Paid up to 10 days, less base Military pay. 

RETIREMENT PLAN

AIG Sun America

BR2C offers a 401K plan signed up with AIG Sun America.  Full time employees have the opportunity to participate in the 401(k) beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. You may contribute up to 20% of your base pay on a pre-tax basis. The company match is discretionary, and may be made on December 31st of each year. Matching is currently 25% of the first 6% of your base pay.

TRAINING PLAN

Educational Assistance

After the completion of 1 year of service, the company will reimburse full-time employees 100% of the required cost of tuition up to $3000 in a calendar year for approved courses taken at an accredited school and related to your current position.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS/EMPLOYEE BONUS

Bonuses

At the discretion of the Board of Directors of BR2C, a portion of the company profits may be allocated to all employees based on the success of the company during the calendar year.

Merit Increases

Salary increases are based on performance and are generally reviewed yearly.
